Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every pair we make. If your order isn't exactly right, we will sort it out — quickly and without hassle. Here's how our policy works.

Our promise: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We recommend trying your chappals indoors first — on a clean surface — so they remain eligible for return if the fit isn't right.

How to Return

    Contact us within 15 days

    WhatsApp or email us at contact@riwaitichappals.com with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.

  2. 02

    Ship the item back

    Pack the chappals in their original box, unworn and undamaged. Drop them at any TCS or Leopards Courier outlet. We'll cover the return shipping cost on defective items.

  3. 03

    We inspect and process

    Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • Chappals received in the wrong size
  • Manufacturing defects (stitching, sole separation, material flaws)
  • Item received does not match the product description
  • Chappals damaged in transit

Not Eligible for Return

  • Chappals that have been worn outdoors
  • Returns requested after 15 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 303 5599543 and we'll arrange it directly. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
